Mission Statement

The Mission of the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City is to assist in funding organizations that provide food, shelter, medical care, and other services to the diverse communities dealing with HIV/AIDS, as well as to promote public education about HIV infections.The mission will be accomplished by:

1. Assisting equally the four Kansas City AIDS Service organizations:
   • Good Samaritan Project
   • Hope Care Center
   • Kansas City Free Health Clinic
   • Save, Inc
2. Awarding grants to not-for-profit organizations that service the specialized needs of the diverse communities dealing with HIV/AIDS, provide support to their families and friends, and/or promote education and prevention.
